“Design Within Nature”
As an Art Major at Pepperdine I have experimented many artistic mediums, but this is my first time trying photography. In my series, “Design Within Nature,” I was interested in capturing details and objects within vintage architecture and nature, as it has always been something that inspires me.
I was influenced by photographer Angela Andrieux, and her series called, Alluring Architecture, where she captures images of beautiful historic architecture and statues. The variety of buildings that she is photographing are all vintage and have no apparent modern updates. Her images show the beauty that lies within architecture without modern technology.
