The heart of this series is represented through the surreal conjunction of interior spaces and the natural world. Through weaving photographs of rooms I occupy daily (such as in my apartment and studio) with images of the outside world, I seek to create a bond between the structural confinement of walls, the memories that reside within interior spaces, and the wild freedom of the earth. Through this process of combining indoor and outside spaces, my goal throughout this process is to provide room for thought of where viewers resonate the most themselves, as well as contradict the concept of what a space means in it’s entirety.
